WEBB…Thomas Jackson “Jack” Jones, Sr., a resident of Webb, passed away early Monday morning, July 15, 2019, in a Dothan hospital. He was 81.

     Funeral services will be held at 4:00 P.M. Thursday, July 18, 2019, in the Holman-Headland Mortuary Chapel with Reverend Joel Laseter officiating. Burial will follow in the Webb Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3:00 until 4:00 P.M. Thursday in the mortuary chapel.

     Thomas “Jack” Jones was born in Henry County, son of the late Johnny Albert Jones and Nollie B. Douglas Jones. He moved to Webb with his family as a young child where he lived most of his adult life. Mr. Jones retired from PEMCO World Aeroplex after 41 years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Kate Jones, and his sister, Doris Smith.

     Surviving relatives include five sons, Jackie Jones (Rhonda), Cottonwood, Bobby Jones, Webb, Donnie Jones (Karen), Webb, Tony Jones (Kristy), Love Town, and Michael Jones, Tallahassee, FL; fifteen grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

     Serving as active pallbearers will be Jackie Jones, Bobby Jones, Donnie Jones, Tony Jones, Michael Jones and Bubba Bozeman.
