The world has lost a wonderful husband, father, and brother. Timothy Lee Woods of Orange Park, Florida, formerly Dothan, Alabama passed away December 26, 2011 in Orange Park, Florida. Tim graduated from Auburn University in 1985 and was an accomplished and well respected Electrical Engineer.

 

Memorial services will be held Saturday, January 7, 2012, at Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel at 1 P.M. The service will be conducted by Reverend Eddie Littlefield. The family will receive visitors from 12 to 1 P.M.  Saturday, January 7, 2012.

 

Tim was born on August 20, 1959 in Dothan, Alabama. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Woods, mother, Miriam Woods, father-in-law, Louie Stewart, and brother, Charles Frederick Woods.

Family survivors include his wife of 31 years, Marilyn Stewart Woods, sons, Timothy Michael Woods, Justin Charles Woods, and Jeremy Lee Woods. Brothers, sisters, and in-law include Andrew Woods, Richard Woods, Jonathan Woods, Deborah and Jim Corbett, Ruth Ellen Woods, David and Donna Woods, Ronnie Woods, and Cathy and Phil Huestis. Other survivors include in-laws, Opal Stewart, Sharon and Sam Goodwin, Wanda Cole, and Mike and Sharon Stewart among a host of nieces and nephews.

 

Tim will be laid to rest at Memory Hill Cemetery. A special thank you to all who were special to Tim. He was a man of love and loved you all. He will be sorely missed.
