Tina Chatterjee

Tina Chatterjee, a resident of Slocomb, Alabama, passed away on September 2, 2022 at Southeast Health after a brief illness. She was 57.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, September 8, 2022 at Sunset Funeral Home with Jonathan Broyles officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 10:00 am – 11:00 am.

Tina was born on August 8, 1965 in Dothan, Alabama. She was a longtime employee of Cowboys. Tina was a very proud dog mom to her pup, Sammy. She was preceded in death by her parents, Evelyn Maxine Stoops and Marion Melber Stoops; and maternal grandmother, Lena May Woods.

Survivors include her daughter, Tabetha Stoops; son, Shane (Courtney) Lint; grandchildren, Elizabeth Stoops, Ashton Moseley, Jaley Moseley, Blayne Franklin, Jordan Franklin and Tristan Lint; expected great grandson, Everett Arnold; siblings, Halena Anderson, Chad (Marie) Stoops, Brandon (Jayme) Stoops, Clinton (Kayla) Stoops and Shawn (Beth) Stoops; host of nieces and nephews; and a special friend and caregiver, Alison Dent.
