Vera Bell Sasser Baine from Samson, Alabama passed away Thursday, July 16, 2020 at the age of 82.

Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 18, 2020 in the Chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral with the Rev. Larry Mock officiating burial will follow in the Travelers Rest Cemetery in Samson, Alabama.  The family will receive friends Saturday from. 1; 00p.m until service time.

Vera was born April 17, 1938 in Geneva County Alabama. To the late William Lafayette and Idella Richardson Sasser. She was the foundation of her family.  She loved them dearly and it was her joy to take care of them.  She loved her flowers and working her yard.

She was preceded in death by her son: Billy Royce Baine. And many Brothers and Sisters.

Survived by; husband; Billie William Baine,  daughter: Martha Sue Carswell (Billy Ray) Samson, Alabama; daughter-in-law: Pamela Baine Wise, Samson, Alabama; grandchildren: Holly TinaJero; Ashley Donaldson (Jimmie); Brett Carswell: great-grandchildren: Jarod McCollough, Jaxon Donaldson, Maddox Donaldson and Makenna Donaldson.
