VIVIAN BAILEY LOWE
HEADLAND, AL…..Vivian Louise Bailey Lowe, a resident of Headland, died early Tuesday morning, December 13, 2011, in a Dothan hospital. She was 73.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, December 15, 2011, in the Oakey Grove Baptist Cemetery in Abbeville with Reverend Harrison Steege officiating. Holman-Headland Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Lowe was born and reared in Henry County, daughter of the late Alto Bailey and Lotter Moring Bailey. She lived in Pensacola, Florida most of her lifetime before returning to Henry County, near Tumbleton in 2004. Mrs. Lowe was of the Pentecostal Faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Lowe, two sons, Jackie Lynn Weems and Timothy Lowe, a grandson, Gary Weems, a companion, Cecil E. Smith, a sister, Nancy Coomer and two brothers, Nathaniel Bailey and Eugene Moring.
Surviving relatives include three daughters, Jane Mickler, Haleburg; Bobbie Presswood and husband, Glenn, Pensacola, FL; and Laverne Ward and husband, Kevin, Cabot, AK; three sons, Johnny Ben Kendall, Haleburg; Charles E. Weems and wife, Devi, Pensacola, FL; Curtis Dewayne Lowe, Headland; two brothers, George Bailey and wife, Edna, Punta Gorda, FL; and Ellis Bailey and wife, JoAnn, Dothan.
