DOTHAN. . .Wade Peters, a resident of Dothan, died Thursday, May 5, 2022, in Headland. He was 66.

There are no memorial or funeral services planned at this time. Holman-Headland Mortuary & Cremations is in charge of arrangements.

Wade Peters was born and reared in Slocomb, son of the late Cecil R. Peters and Addie Mae Dorman Peters. He lived in Midland City before moving to Dothan. Wade was formerly employed as a flooring installer. He was preceded in death by a sister, Joan Windham.

 Surviving relatives include a daughter, Tammy Peters Willis (Michael), Hartford; a son, Danny Peters (Stephanie), Newton; a sister, Mary Bagwell (Roger); five brothers, Lester Peters, Roy Peters, Chester Peters, Donald Robert Peters and Tony Peters (Ruby); three grandchildren, Anna Holland (Cody), Haley Gonzalez (Nelson), and Austin Peters; a great-grandson on the way, Rhett Michael Holland; numerous nieces and nephews.
