Mr. Waymon Wiggins, 84, passed away Wednesday night, July 19, 2023.

Funeral services will be held 3:00 p.m. Saturday, July 22, 2023 at Cedar Springs Baptist Church with the Reverend William Irwin officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Glover Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Flowers are being accepted or memorials may be made to Cedar Springs Baptist Church, 3754 Cedar Springs Road, Ashford, Alabama 36312.

Mr. Wiggins was born November 4, 1938 in Webb, Alabama to Roy C. and Lizzie Mae Kilgore Wiggins and lived his entire there. He was a 1958 graduate of Ashford High School. Mr. Wiggins was employed with Twitchell for 25 years prior to his retirement. He enjoyed fishing and gardening. He loved his furry companions and was an avid Alabama Fan….Roll Tide! Mr. Wiggins was a member of Cedar Springs Baptist Church.

He is predeceased by his wife of 59 years, Jere Faye Wiggins and two sisters, Myrtice Homola and Mildred Stewart.

Survivors include his daughter, Amy Davis of Webb; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
