Wilbur O’Neal Davis age 69, a resident of Elba, Alabama passed away Friday, June 7, 2019 at his home. Funeral services will be held at Hayes Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, June 14, 2019 beginning at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery near Victoria with Hayes Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be at Hayes Funeral Home on Friday morning, June 14th, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The family request the omission of flowers and ask those wishing to make memorials to do so to the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery Fund, c/o 4408 County Road 223, Elba, AL 36323.

Neal is survived by a Son - O’Neal Davis of Elba, AL, Daughter - Heather Davis and her Fiance’ - Van Adams and his daughter Kennedy Adams of Elba, AL, along with a Granddaughter - Jaiden Davis of Straughn, Alabama.

He was preceded in death by his wife Kathy Greenwood Davis, along with his parents Wilbur Davis and Sharon Barker Pettit.
