William “Bill” Clemmons, of Rehobeth, passed away January 10, 2018 at his residence. He was 47.


The family will receive friends 5-7 pm Saturday January 13, 2018 at Sunset Funeral Home.


Bill was born June 1, 1970 in Dothan, AL. He lived his earlier years in the Dothan- Rehobeth area. He was a graduate of Rehobeth High School where he played baseball and attended Wallace Community College. Bill was employed as a paramedic, fire fighter at the Dothan airport then later, working with the Houston County Sheriff’s Office as a corrections deputy at the jail. He enjoyed Auburn football and being at the beach. Bill was a devoted family man who loved spending time with his family and friends.


Survivors include his wife, Jennifer Clemmons; his daughter, Cassidy Clemmons; his parents, Bobby Earl and Mary Lee Clemmons; his brother, Rick (Linda) Clemmons; his sister, Amanda (Duane) Trawick; several nieces; and one great-nephew.
