Wilmer Alvin Bracewell of Geneva, AL passed away on Thursday, June 16, 2022. He was 67 years old.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 18, 2022 in the chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva, AL with Rev. Allen Marsh officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home of Geneva, AL directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday beginning at 12:00 p.m.

Wilmer was born in Geneva County, AL on January 11, 1955 to the late Levon and Mae Alice Kennington Bracewell.

Wilmer is survived by three children, Amanda Bracewell Holmes (Hugh) of Birmingham, AL, Amber Bracewell Loper (Charlie) of Douglasville, GA, and Garrett Bracewell (Katy) of Douglasville, GA; grandchildren, Haley Holmes, Riley Bracewell, Brody Bracewell, Addison Loper, Somer Loper, Angel Davidson, and Heaven Bracewell; one sister, Marie Bracewell Miller of Geneva, AL.
