Date of Service: Graveside services will be held at 3 pm on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at Sunset Memorial Park Pavilion with Brother Doug MacCormack officiating. The family will receive friends at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Friday, February 18, 2022.

Zachery Ryan Speight went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 16, 2022. He was the most beautiful of souls, enduring so much so innocently.
Graveside services will be held at 3 pm on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at Sunset Memorial Park Pavilion with Brother Doug MacCormack officiating. The family will receive friends at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Friday, February 18, 2022. The family requests that everyone attend in casual attire.
Zack was born January 23, 1991 to Donald and Sheryl Speight in Charleston, South Carolina. Zack at the tender age of 16 had the strength to survive a liver transplant and went on to graduate from Camden County High School in St. Mary’s, Georgia in 2009. He did succumb to liver disease after a hard fought 15 years.
Zack is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Jimmy and Bobbie Goodwin; paternal grandparents, Donald and Clara Speight, and one daughter, Brooklynn Speight (the daughter of Chelsea Cole).
He is leaving behind two beautiful daughters, Skylar Speight (daughter of Ashlyn Kaim) and Cayleigh Speight (daughter of Brittany Chatham); parents, Donald and Sheryl Speight; a sister, Elizabeth; and his brother, Rockie.
It was an honor to witness the life and death of this incredible man, too wonderful for this world.
