SLOCOMB - The family who’s house caught fire on Monday in Slocomb lost most all of their personal belongings. Slocomb Fire Rescue is helping them gather items to get back on their feet.

From a social media post from the family below are items that are needed

Hi everyone.

we lost pretty much everything and I’m not sure that much or anything is salvageable but we will try! The fire started in the kitchen. I’d be confident in saying that it was a total loss. We were able to get our tote with important paperwork and few other cherished items out. We are currently staying with some very close friends that have enough space for us and our pets.

Thank you to everyone that has reached out. If you’d like to drop items off message me and I’ll give you the address or I can try to meet you.

We are desperately looking for a house to rent that will allow pets and have enough room for our children. 3-4 bedroom.

We’re extremely extremely grateful for everyone’s help.

Thank you To City of Slocomb Fire-Rescue, 34 central, and literally anyone who just showed up to stand with me and the boys during everything yesterday.

Our sizes are below-

Adult male M/ L shirt 29 x 32 pants

Teen male M shirt 29x32 pants

Teen male M shirt 14 - 16 boys

Toddler boy 24m/2t

Baby boy 6-9M

Adult female 2x shirt 12/14 pants

Size 3 and 4 diapers.

Edit to add-

I do have formula for Cohen and some donated breast milk. We do not have baby food.

I only have about 3 bottles for co and 1 cup

For Carson.

Thankfully I had packed a diaper bag to

Go pick the boys up from school today and i had those items in my car.

My brother and sister in law also came with a large case of diapers for each of the boys as our stockpile is now gone.

We also were able to get the basic necessities last night at dg.

We are okay.

We are praising God for our safety.

Items may be dropped off at Slocomb Fire Rescue between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday - Friday. Checks can also be made out to Connor Palmer.
